Our task was to develop a logo and design system for the El yurt umidi Foundation, the state organization under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan that trains promising talent. The visual identity had to reflect the scale of the foundation’s mission, human capital development, international cooperation and its strategic role in the country’s education system.

The foundation runs a wide range of programs, from training gifted specialists at leading universities and research centers abroad to developing academic exchange and promoting the Uzbek language and culture internationally.

The foundation’s mark shows a swallow set within the outline of a globe. The swallow is a familiar, traditional symbol in Uzbekistan, associated with constant movement and the start of a new journey. Its silhouette and wings wrap around the globe and point east, reinforcing the image of enlightenment and new knowledge rising. The shape of the swallow’s head recalls a dome, a reference to the country’s architectural heritage.
The result is a rigorous, modern identity calibrated for a state institution, able to scale across official materials, digital platforms and international communication while keeping its clarity and symbolic depth.
